If you are unhappy with your order, or if your inflatable pool arrives damaged or faulty, please read our returns and refund policy below.
1. Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange if an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
For change-of-mind returns, products must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned with all original accessories, packaging and components, where reasonably possible.
- Show no signs of use, installation, inflation or damage caused after delivery.
Please contact us before returning any product so that we can assist you with the process.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your inflatable pool arrives damaged, defective or with missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair or refund.
Important: The 48-hour reporting period is requested to help us investigate delivery-related damage. It does not remove or limit any consumer rights provided by South African law.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds for defective or incorrect products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
For online purchases, certain cancellation rights may apply under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), including a seven-day cooling-off period for qualifying transactions.
Where a change-of-mind return is permitted, the product must be returned in an acceptable condition.
Any applicable return costs will be handled in accordance with the relevant legislation.
5. Products That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind
For hygiene, safety and product-condition reasons, we may decline change-of-mind returns of inflatable pools that have:
- Been inflated or used in water.
- Been exposed to chemicals, dirt or other contaminants.
- Been damaged through misuse, incorrect installation or improper storage.
- Been modified or repaired without authorisation.
These restrictions do not apply where a product qualifies for a return, repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Protection Act.
6. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately.
We will work with you to arrange the correct product or an appropriate refund or replacement, at no additional cost where required by law.

- Reason for the return.
- Photographs or videos, where applicable.
